I have read over at iHell some of the posts that question the validity of the IND application and subsequent #. Though the info that Cromos makes available to the public is limited, you can read confirmation of Cromos's participation in the application. If you familarize yourself with Cromos, you might be able to read between the lines and figure out where Koos is going with this. IMO that is.
