It could show efficacy. That would be huge - but that would also be unusual for a new drug in phI. I believe this drug has good chance - but until human evidence is in - that's just a belief and means little. We know almost nothing until the human info arrives. Drugs that look great in preclinicals fail all the time in human studies. Sad but true. I won't take off your glasses for you by again posting the failure rate per trial phase of new drugs except to say that it just keeps getting more difficult, not less.
