I agree, we have been through this before... Teco is not in Mitchell county right now per Sean.  Perhaps Teco should hunt for a lease over some of that cline formation.  Treaty would have to be prepared since the Cline is at 11,000 ft depth to which Treaty has never drilled that deep before.
