Noopners, correct-first things first. You can't move into that house you bought until the owners sign the deed. I think alot are waiting for that signed concession. However, it would not harm anything if they told us what the value of the timber was, but would still prefer that concession secured. An announcement of these 2 would surely send the stock price way above its current level.
