Mayhem, I think you may be right about Overcash still pulling the strings with MMTE.  The M&A Advisors lawsuit was won by the Overcash group and they were paid very well by court order.  I still think this lawsuit may have been a set-up for Overcash to regain control.  William willingly accepted Joe's money, and since William was "just following the court order" after the lawsuit, he has cover and can claim the Overcash takeover was simply not something he could control.
