True. It would have to be material news for that to happen IMO.

For whatever its worth: I believe the news this time will be material. All the prior PR's point to something happening around the end of July 2012. Companies don't undertake audits and hire architects for new offices unless they have a way to support them.

The O/S was maxed months ago. The only avenue remaining is for BCAP to generate revenues to sustain itself.
