I agree completely. Moreover, if the technology were truly "worthless," you would not see people fighting in court to try and obtain more shares. You would not see 3 year multi-faceted attempts to destroy the company and the character of John Bordynuik; and you would not see a high stakes poker game among investors for control of the company. Hmm.
