Mr. Rogers will be preparing the financial statements of MIHL for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
According to Yossi Harel, Board Member, “We expect to issue the final reports as soon as possible during the first quarter and were assured by Mr. Rogers in our discussions, that he will devote whatever resources necessary to expedite this matter”.
