Serious only because this was more so written by an attorney. He only filed this to gain leverage as we all know we purchased the assets and although JC was an addition to the team, NOT A PART OF THE ASSETS IN WHICH HE SOLD.

This wont hold up in court and your self proclaimed, "I am helping the shareholders" scheme is up. You are making yourself look like a fool. You know you wont win this battle or war, yet you are now fighting to kill the company.
