I stopped reading Mr. Collins Response to Email

After this; Being that I would have been the companies largest shareholder with close to 700 million shares due to date, which have never been issued. And I would have been the majority shareholder with controlling interest.

Am I wrong in thinking all I am reading here is "I would have beens?" Seriously never issued shares = NO SHARES, thus you are not the CEO.

Well If I would have known I could not raise 3 million dollars on my own I would have never signed this damn contract, he might as well have said.
