Did anyone notice that on JC's Monday surprise letter, he cc'd Shaun Arnold and failed to cc Lizelle Singian -- perhaps due to SS's mentioning of the potential conflict of interest.

Interestingly, he added another person on his cc -- Mark Castleman.  I wonder if it's the same Mark Castleman who was disbarred by the California Surpeme Court in 2011.
