So in a nut shell...Collins needs to prove fraud but on the other hand SS and co had found some "irregularities" on JCs end around 04/19 as well.  SS maintains contracts are separate, Collins claims they are combined.  According to SS only fraud Collins can allegedly claim is that Steve filed when... according to the JC's interpretation of the contract, SS he was no longer CEO at the time.. hence the fraud.  All this well within Statute of limitations
