Like many tech founders who have found their skill sets don't mesh with finance and operations, Collins seems to want the glory without the pesky details that build value. He has always brought a valuable asset - I'll say it - the black-white balance to a team that has positioned itself as cutting edge. However, the company needs a functioning team that's going ballz to the wall.
