o all IC Punch Media, Inc. Stockholders.
I light of the most recent events with our company and in dealing with the issues of fraud with Steven Samblis whom has decided to hold our company hostage. And virulently refuses to live up to the contract obligations that the Company agreed to in the acquisition of the Punch Television Network,Inc. assets.
