Why don't you just admit that you intended to slur the judge's ruling by even mentioning the (completely unknown) judges position with regard to JBII stock? What other reason is there for even stating that?

That is what I immediately inferred when I read that statement, as did others. Are you now afraid that you won't be able to successfully defend that position in court?
