135,000,000 sounds like fair compensation for Punch TV, however someone may not like the restriction terms if they are no longer part of the company.

150,000,000 is now in question, as it is yet to be seen if JC has fulfilled that part of the agreement.

I imagine the rest of the contract will be sorted as this plays out.

Then we have the little issue of damages...
