What your saying is its really JC's actions that started the very first "investigation" so to speak and this is all a desperation move to turn the tables.

What notice was he given on April 19th?  He must have felt his position at the company was in jeopardy at this point to take such drastic steps.

And he's asking for your resignation?  He could be desparate and in denial here but I wonder what are his lawyers up to and why they haven't advisedhim to go down a much less self destructive path by now??
