The judge’s decision went in favor to JB. I wonder if the decision was known even before bits and pieces of the deposition were metered out on the boards. Bits and pieces that were meant to hurt JB and JBII.

Sandra Elsley and her attorney failed. It looks to me like they tried to deceive the Court. It’s a tawdry mess.
