I think I understand some of the events of last week. But there is one factual scenario that is hard for me to figure out. If one believes that JB's deposition testimony is real and that some months ago he sold 850,000 shares of JBI in the market, how is it that the 10-K/A filed last week (page 16, footnote 9) by the company shows a level of share ownership by JB that clearly doesn't reflect any such sale? Something here doesn't add up.
I would rather not speculate as to how this could have happened. Can anybody enlighten me?
