Going back in time when Jason 'Deuce" resigned that does not mean he gave up his shares of control of the company. What was his share control of the company before he gave control Natalie? Natalie has no shares I am aware of? PM me if you want but I have a feeling Jason has a major control still and Natalie is going to get the merger going!!!!
