As you know they call those "Strategic Alliances" i.e. US Fuels and C&C Petroleum. Treaty needs a few more alliances once they get going. I thought Tanjung would become more of a strategic alliance by now with much more from them.  Unless of course there is something in the works with Tanjung that we just don't know of yet.
