US FUELS has it's own work. They are working with Treaty in addition to what they already do. It's win win for them. They just get a small percentage of the take on what we do. US FUELS has many leases and you would need a boatload of cash to do everything that could be done on all their leases. Drilling for oil is a very expensive business.
