This is the only thing we KNOW as a FACT.  Steve is the CEO.  Joseph, by deciding to call himself the CEO before things were legally sorted out, lied to shareholders publically.  The SEC might not like that very much.  I know I don't.  And the stock price sure as he$$ doesn't.
