Mr. Samblis... a few of questions for you if you can answer publically.

Who currently has control of the company checking account?  Can JC still dispense company funds?  Is he paying any of the obligations, like payroll, for like Ramos or himself, or any others like rent, utilities?

Can, or has, JC intercepted any payments from advertisers?

Who pays for JC's office space?  Can a simple eviction proceeding be brought?

Has any cease and desist notices been served yet?  Any temporary injunctions been served yet?

Can JC take any actions to grant himself additional shares of stock, or can he take any actions to sell any shares he may have without filing a formal notice of such?

Are the daily business operations, such as show production, advertiser relations, new advertiser contract procurement, payroll, utilities, talent/show management, etc, etc... still ongoing?  If so, who is managing these functions?

Previous to this disagreement (for lack of a better word), PNCH was generating revenue.  Are the current company operations still producing revenue at or above the level it was doing before the disagreement surfaced?

And finally... in a best-case scenario, what would be your thoughts on the earliest time frame you could start to see some relief from JC's hostile actions?
