in spite of all the negativity, law suits, manipulation, etc., "the parties that be" have way too much invested, and invested as recently as january as we now know from court records, to let this go under. because we are not hearing anything does not mean they are not working to get the product out there. we can see now how many issues they are dealing with. i'm not sure we will see anything in the next quarterly report, looking more towards the fall. still holding'em, here. as my psychic recently said, "doors closing and doors opening." jmho
