OK, so not even you are aware of what the allegations & potential charges he has brought forth? Have you read Charlie's post over on the other board? Do any of his remarks ring true? Was or is Joe owed 700 or more shares? What are the shareholders supposed to do in the meantime, while all this unfolds before us? Steve, I do hope I am putting my trust in the right direction.
