Now that you've publically identified your attorneys, would it be too much to ask that you publically identify the problem(s) to your shareholders?

What is it you think Samblis has done?  How is it harmful to the business?  How are shareholders benefitted by what you have publically announced and PR'd these last few days?

The stock price has done nothing but decline since you went public with inuendos.  We have nothing concrete from you by way of the issue(s), let alone 'proof' of any kind.  I understand some things cannot be discussed, but you've discussed enough here to at least let us know the basics.

Please tell us this is about more than your employment contract.

What EXACTLY was your submitted complaint to the SEC?

If litigation has been filed and is pending against both the company and against Samblis, let us see it -- or at least tell us the EXACT basis of the lawsuit(s).

I don't think that's asking for too much for those who have financially supported PNCH.
