The only reason,besides govt games, the 3rd ship was a Handymax at ca 45569  DWT and carried 43829 tons(manifests vary slightly) was because that just happened to be the size ship Bao was using to send finished product to Vancouver and then Long Beach Ca before picking up CWRN ore for return home voyage.

There was almost 90000 tons ore at port when 3rd ship arrived so a Panamax would've been nice then though the govt may have been holding some hostage because 1 arm of govt didnt know what the other was doing in the midst of the rapidly changing red tape applied countrywide designed to catch illegal mines.

This ship recently had ports of call close by-Laredo and perhaps Long beach and I believe had been to Tianjin (a port Bao uses) and so Bao is utilizing the same strategy to save on shipping costs by returning to China w CWRN ore. Qin Hai was Panama registered also I believe.

whats the matter w pps-people believe this is a ghost ship? Iggy our champion shipwatcher -who 1st discovered a previous ship also-discovered the ship. Iggy doesnt have to rely on this but CWRN is the only iron exporter from Ensenada and the grain ships to/from Ensenada are never this big from what I've seen-they are usually small.
