just an fyi .. and god knows the only entity that has verbal diarrhea
more than the SEC is the IRS .. but *odds are* that the brokerage
firm handling the sale of JB's shares in 2013 would have taken out
the taxes (fed/state/local)

it's usually SOP to have it set up that way .. and last i checked 2013's taxes (transactions)
are due in 2014 ..
