Hi Chartman......  I like IMDS a lot. I initially picked up a position with seven friends. We are holding almost 180 mil shares together. I have my opinions as to why the share price has been driven from much higher down into the low trips of May to early July. Suffice it to say, IF the company has negotiated the substantial credit line that we are hearing about, and some of the announced recent development (such as the partnership with Shimadzu of Japan) then this stock will explode to the upside. I would suggest a review of the company's website, do your DD, and decide what's best for you. The next couple of weeks should tell the story for sure.

Here is a basic chart. I love the lengthy declines in story stocks when those multi month declining tops lines are taken out along with nice basing formations. Sometimes you'll see a huge move to the upside. Heck, why am I telling you, lol. I know you can read a chart!!
