Theres more a likelyhood of a DISTORT with misleading info then another speculated PROMO ? by looking at the charts the PPS raised near it's 52 week high, it's only obvious to see why some will start claiming BS to create FEAR and making the PPS go down for some GREEDY Shorts, before any Good news or some "Speculated Promo's" is released to buy at the lows ... IMO
