Correct.  That could explain $100K of the sales -- plus some additional amount for taxes on the sale.  Again, assuming that the company didn't indemnify him -- which we don't know.

As I indicated, I have no idea when he sold (if he did).  Knowing that could have a large impact on the proceeds from the sale.  Wish I had more facts, but I don't.
