I understand that orders aren't always filled, however unless I am missing something, if only 367 are fulfilled it means that there was a cap on either the ask or bid volumes. So either someone only wanted to buy 367 shares or someone only wanted to sell 367 shares (or for the manipulation argument both).  This holds true for all low volume trades including the second 2000 share trade.  Neither of the 2 caps make sense, why would someone want to buy 367 shares the commission alone would kill any profits (would have to hit roughly $.04 before they saw a penny of net profit at $7/trade).  The same holds true for selling, with net proceeds of $1.32 they essentially gave those shares away for free.
