Thats the problem, they already have and added a few twists of thier own. Coruption is a western word and they do not recognise it.Its called KOLA over there and accepted that you dont go empty handed to any meeting, yes even talking to someone will cost you money. Maybe SNEY have finaly found that out and now prefer to work under the radar till the time is right. What do you think would happen if they produced figures to the minestry of mines?
