Many times the person who is the founder/originator of a concept or company, isn't the best person to take it to the next stage. They usually get too emotionally attached and make bad decisions, or grow stagnant. A business state of mind is needed to ensure continued growth. Creative new strategies and "outside the box" thinking is a must. Steve is the one that has what it takes to get us there. IMO.
