I am doing this legally and it takes a little time. The more they continue these actions, the more trouble they are placing on themselves. We own all the assets of Punch TV. Just because JC has control of the website and has created and fraud Punch page does not suddenly give our assets over to him. This is not a negotiation.
Rachel Ramos is one of the people that have been fired from IC Punch Media Inc. . She need to stop participating and perpetrating this fraud against the company .
So everyone understands, Punch TV Inc. does not exist anymore as IC Punch Media purchased all of their assets and under the agreement was dissolved.
