Re: mayhem72ss #503

In all likely hood, William merely paid a retainer to the Chilean law firm.  So lets say he paid five or ten thousand to keep the attorney on retainer (you can double or triple that sum if you like).  But he took out $15 million from MMTE that we know of, and I suspect that sum is a lot higher.  The same is true with Colson.  If you pay someone to lend their name, they will often just lend their name with no questions asked.  However, how do we know William even asked permission?  No one ever talked to Maurice J. Colson as far as I know, no statement was ever issued by him, and no work was ever credited to Colson.  So, can anyone prove Maurice J. Colson was a board member?  All MMTE shareholders have is a press release.

So no, it is not likely that the concession contracts will ever be publicly viewable.
