at the time last year obvuously many many people felt secure in endorsing icpa as an investment to their family, friends, and acquaintences. cannot blame me for having done so because at the time we all obviously thought we could get back to over .05 again. yes hindsight is trully 20/20 but based on how icpa/pnch was going what other penny stock was a safer bet?
