Legal matters take time.  That's all there is to it, at this point.

I would prefer to wait until there is something concrete to state (and hopefully positive for shareholders!) than to get bits and pieces of partial information that does nothing but lead to more speculation and uncertainty.

Face it, we're in a holding pattern.
