Call me crazy -- but I'm thinking JC wants to bring this company down, run it into the ground, sabatoge operations possibly, to get his way, then try to bring it back up when it's under his control.  In the meantime, if things do not go his way, he has killed it.

If that's what happens, if PNCH dies due to him, it's not going to be pretty to be him.

Just stating the obvious per my opinion of what is going on here.

What would be the point to publically state grievances and purportedly complain to the SEC UNLESS you want the stock price to go down.  No amount of stupid does what he does if that is not the goal.  I. M. O.
