When JC spoke of potential 'dissolution' of the company, his word, my sense was that he meant a reversal of the acquisition, not true dissolution.  I am sensing his goal, possibly a Plan B for him, is to re-privative Punch TV. If his ducks aren't in a row on this, and only an attorney or judge can say one way or the other that MATTERS, he's done for.

There is so much we do not know.  Of course, Joey claims to know everything!  lol  But there is a whole lot more going on behind-the-scenes.  We're only given what folks want to give us.  And with only pieces of information, it's difficult to put the REAL story together.

If there are material events going on, an official PR needs to come out and soon.  IMO  Shareholders are the currently silent third party at the table.  Don't forget about us in your negotiations and dealings and your fiduciary responsibilities to us as part-owners of PNCH!
