You are kidding right?  We bought a TV network.  The assets we bought are worth 3 million. Those assets go on the books.   The loss we showed was the purchase of the network and the shares to JC to join us as President.  That was both paid in stock but the purchase is considered a loss which we will carry forward against profits.
