What's everyone want? We want a profitable growing TECO..... Simple as that. That's where the money is and that's where we have to be.

What's strategic planning?  It's a road map of how to get there. Point A to point B.

Now let's say BULL, a strategic planner, develops a plan/course of action,  in anything he does, what's BULL going to do next. He relentlessly works executing. The best plan in the world won't work if you can't or won't execute it.

Let me say this about building a plan. Companies hire people all the time in offices, basically number crunchers, called what DTL says, "do an analysis" for the most part they're worthless. Unless you get on the ground and work with everyone involved, it's incomplete and off the bulls eye by wide margin.
