If you take the time to read the face book page, Steve left a message for share holders. Stated he is the CEO and no board meeting ever took place. That is enough for me as well as most here. There is a contract dispute obviously and that will be worked out. It all takes time. There will be NEWS as soon as it can be released ! He wants everyone to know he is doing all he can right now !
