Seems to me the question becomes if the FDA has banned non abuse deterrent oxycodone......but allows Actavis to develop that very same non abuse deterrent oxycodone.......what will happen to Epic's lawsuit and will Epic get to submit their Anda oxycodone with Abuse Deterrent Technology???
