IMO for a public microcap oil E&P; well used capitol would go after the quick returns.  Not returns that are six months out.  Those can be scheduled later on.  I would invest in analysis, analysis, analysis and then drill on the sweetest spot available with the least depth necessary for the biggest dividend.  Get the BPD coming in and then go for the bigger more complex locations and depths.  Let's get that PPS back to the .05 levels and beyond and attract some new blood.
