Hey, team. Been fishing in Montgomery, Al all day. About a 2 hour drive. Killed'em! Was driving home with 2 of my buddies in their truck on the interstate about 4;00 PM and Jason called me on my cell phone. Rather awkward timing. I just told him I was checking on the NorthCal move and he said let me just say everything is going very well and we would get several announcements soon. He said he could not give me any specifics on anything as it may affect the stock, but everything looks real good. I told him we assumed the OS was 4.1 billion and the float was 3.4 billion-he said that is correct. I didn't press him about what soon meant, but I was very satisfied with the call and his tone and attitude. The call was brief because of my circumstances but he did sound upbeat about everything and said again we would have several announcements soon.
