Yes, if you were buying several units, but would you feel the same way if you were the purchasing agent for a company about to buy 2500 units?   Perhaps during the trial phases that Chad mentioned he was involved with 10 companies this was a consistent thing they were getting feedback on...and maybe Chad and Bill decided to take that feedback and develop a better unit so that these companies didn't wind up with buyers remorse.  How many people have had that occur when they buy something in the technology area the first year it comes out.  Not disagreeing with you, just trying to figure out why we are having a delay with everything.  Unfortunately there are people in the know who aren't talking so I am coming up with theories.  If my theory doesn't seem to make sense...sorry.
