$DUSS That will be gone any day in my opinion! Looks like they are current on filings! Maybe you need to re-educate yourself on what that really means!

They can give that rating to any stock that runs e-mail list's Per there (OTC) web site!

As we can all see they still maintain the QB rating and are current on filings ( http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DUSS/filings )  so I would conclude it's from an e-mail campaign. If you require REALISTIC opinions please feel free to ask.
