what i don't understand is why now?  It has only 1.5 billion shares out of A/S of 3 billion.   They must know that R/S is what scaring people but why now when they have near 1.5 billion more to issue.  I think it could be that this one is about to run again soon from .02    The company wants to see bid as VNDM has been shorting this badly and not let it up over .0001
